When you buy my services, you agree to these terms. Take your time to read them carefully.

I can decline requests for any reason.

Full payment is needed before I start working.

We can split the payment if we agree otherwise.

I'll show you a sketch to approve. You can ask for big changes then.

I'll send a preview animation for final approval. Let me know about any small details I missed. Major changes will cost extra.

Art for streaming is only for streaming platforms.

If you use it for other commercial purposes, we'll need to talk and agree on a separate fee.

Selling merchandise with my art will have an extra 100% fee on top of the commission.

I'll take around 1-8 weeks to finish. If there are any delays, I'll let you know.

Final art will be sent through a Google Drive link.

Tell me if there are any deadlines or privacy requests.

Rush and delivery fees apply for tight deadlines (USD).

To keep art private, there's a 50% fee.

Commissions are for personal use, unless we agree otherwise.

I might post finished art on my social media. It might also be used in my portfolio or as an example, unless we agree otherwise.

Don't use the art for NFT/Cryptocurrency trading or AI/Generative Image training.

I won't claim any rights to your characters or designs.

No refunds once I've started working.

If it takes me over 3 months to show you progress, you get a 100% refund.

I'll update you through your preferred method (Twitter, Discord, or email), or by email if you don't have a preference. I'll try to reply quickly, but give me a few days to respond.
